Sky in the Pie
A community driven project created in collaboration with photographer Anne Hamersky, Mission Pie Bakery and Pie Ranch. On the corner of 25th and Mission Streets, we asked 100 people ten questions about food and farming. From the answers to 10 questions, we designed 4 bilingual photo murals to hang outside Mission Pie Bakery. Our objective was to engage the Mission District neighborhood to share stories of personal connections to food and farming. Funded by the San Francisco Arts Commission/Cultural Equity Grant.
